This video shows the Top 20 countries by total coronavirus (COVID-19) infections (confirmed cases) from January 15 to December 3, 2020. It first started in Wuhan, Hubei, China, then spread to all countries except for Turkmenistan and North Korea outside the continent of Oceania. There are only 8 countries that have never been infected by the virus, including North Korea, Turkmenistan, Kiribati, Micronesia, Tonga, Palau, Nauru, and Tuvalu.
